Use the Browse page on Sell Any Biz to quickly find businesses for sale using AI Smart Search or manual filters, then open a listing to review its summary, detailed information, financials, valuations, and data room documents (after NDA approval).
On the Browse page, use the AI Smart Search bar to quickly find relevant listings.
For example, to find restaurants for sale in Dubai, click in the AI Smart Search field and type a natural language query such as: “Find a restaurant for sale in Dubai,” then press Enter.
The results will update to show all restaurant listings in Dubai that match your query.
If you want to remove the applied AI Smart Search or any other filters, use the clear options above the results.
You can click the individual clear option for a specific filter, or use “Clear all” to reset all filters at once.
This will return the results to an unfiltered state.
To filter results manually instead of using AI Smart Search, open the filter controls.
Click the Category filter and choose the appropriate business category (for example, Restaurants).
Then click the Location filter.
In the location search box, start typing the city or area (for example, Dubai).
When Dubai appears in the list of matching locations, select it.
The results will refresh to show businesses listed in Dubai that match your selected category and location.
From the filtered results, find the business you are interested in and click its name.
This will open the listing detail page, where you can review all available information about that business.
On the listing detail page, first review the summary section, which provides an overview of the business, including key highlights and basic information.
If you need more in-depth information, click the “Advance” (or “Advanced details”) option on the listing page.
This will show additional details about the business.
Scroll to view the financials section for revenue, profit, and other key figures.
Review the valuations section to understand how the business has been valued.
You can also see the Data Rooms area, where supporting documents are organized for this listing.
Data room documents are locked by default and cannot be viewed immediately.
To access them, submit an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) request to the seller from within the listing. Once the seller accepts your NDA, the data room documents that the seller has shared for this business will become visible for you to review.

Click on the business name in the browse results to open its summary page. From there, you can click “Advance” to access more detailed information, including financials, valuations, and data rooms.
Q6. What are data rooms, and how do I access their documents?
Data rooms contain documents related to the business, such as detailed financial or operational information. These documents are locked by default and become accessible only after you request an NDA from the seller and the seller accepts that request.
Q7. What happens after the seller accepts my NDA request?
Once the seller accepts your NDA request, the documents in the data room for that specific business become visible to you. You can then review all materials the seller has provided for that listing.
