The initial deal setup consists of two quick questions: what you are listing, and whether it runs from a real place or online. These two answers determine how the rest of the listing flow behaves.

You can list a running business, a shop, a service, or an online business. These are the options currently referenced during deal setup.

Q3. How does choosing “online” vs a real place affect my listing?
If you indicate that the business runs online only, the system will never ask you for a physical address. Choosing that it runs from a real place implies that address-related information may be required later in the process.
Data Sources and Input Options
Q4. What is the “data source” step, and why is it important?
The data source step is where most of the work is automated away. At this point you either find your company in the official company records or paste your website address; the system then uses this information as the basis for generating your listing.
Q5. How can I provide a data source for my listing?
You can search for and select your company from official company records, or you can paste your website into the website address field. After that, you click “Generate Listing with AI” to start the automated listing creation.
Q6. Can I use more than one data source for better accuracy?
Yes. You can add other data sources to provide better context so that the AI can create a more accurate listing. Additional data sources help refine the generated content.
AI-Generated Listings
Q7. What does “Generate Listing with AI” do?
When you click “Generate Listing with AI,” the system reads the information from the data source(s) you provided. It then writes a summary and fills in various sections of the listing for you automatically.
Q8. Do I have to manually fill in all the listing sections?
No. The AI uses the data you supplied to populate the listing sections, so you do not have to fill these yourself. This significantly reduces manual data entry.
Working with Existing Businesses
Q9. How do I add a business if it already exists in the records?
If you are adding a business that appears in the official company records, you select that business from the list and then click “Generate.” The system will use the selected record as the data source for the AI-generated listing.
