Creating a Deal Listing with AI-Powered Data Sources

Use this process to quickly set up a deal listing for a business. You will answer two core questions about the business, choose how the business operates, and then provide a data source so AI can automatically generate the listing content for you.

Step 1: Choose What You Are Listing

Decide what type of business you are listing. This can be a running business such as a shop, a service, or an online business.

Step 2: Specify How the Business Operates

Indicate whether the business runs from a physical location or is online-only. If you choose online-only, the system will not ask you for a physical address.

Step 3: Select a Primary Data Source

Use a data source so the AI can do most of the work for you. You have two main options:

• Find your company in the official company records.

• Paste your website URL into the website address field.

After providing one of these data sources, click Generate Listing with AI. The system will read the information, write a summary, and automatically populate the relevant sections for your listing.

You do not need to fill these sections manually.

Step 4: Generate the Listing for a Selected Business

Suppose you are adding a business.

Select any of your existing businesses from the list.

Then click Generate to create the listing using AI.

Step 5: Add Additional Data Sources for Better Accuracy

Optionally, you can add other data sources to improve the context provided to the AI.

Include any relevant links or records to give better context so the AI can create your listing more accurately.
