Individual and team use

Authorization belongs to one person in one SellAnyBiz workspace. Inviting colleagues to an event does not let them reuse your calendar connection. A previously selected editable calendar is respected; the default is primary.

Capabilities and limits

Adds and updates SellAnyBiz meeting events and reads busy periods for booking availability.

• Busy-time access requires the free/busy scope; older event-only grants must reconnect.
• Calendar events and meeting-host integrations are separate connections. No domain-wide delegation or workspace-wide calendar installation is implemented.

Google Calendar authorization

Individual and team use

The signed-in person’s calendar is used. This is not a Microsoft 365 group calendar or a shared-mailbox calendar connection.

Reads Outlook busy periods and creates, updates, or cancels booked-call events through Microsoft Graph.

• A work or school account is required; personal Microsoft accounts are not supported by the availability API used here.
• No Calendars.ReadWrite.Shared or application-level tenant installation is requested.

Colleagues and external guests can join the meeting, but the authorization remains the host’s. Other hosts connect their own account.

Capabilities and limits

Creates a Google Meet space for the SellAnyBiz meeting host. Calendar synchronization is handled separately.

• No organization-wide Meet installation or recording/transcript access is granted by this connector.
• Cancelling a SellAnyBiz meeting does not delete a Meet space: the Meet API has no space-delete operation. Admission and scheduled access depend on the meeting settings.

Individual and team use

Teammates may attend; they do not inherit the host’s authorization. Tenant administrator approval may be required by Microsoft policy, but it does not create a shared SellAnyBiz connection.

Creates and manages a standalone Teams meeting through the host’s delegated Microsoft account.

• Only work or school accounts are supported. A suitable Microsoft/Teams license and tenant policy are still required.
• A standalone onlineMeeting is not an Outlook calendar event. No Teams channels, tenant-wide scheduling, recordings, or transcripts are imported by this connector.

Microsoft Graph online meetings

Individual and team use

This implementation uses user authorization and /users/me/meetings. An account owner’s Zoom admin privileges do not make the saved grant available to other SellAnyBiz hosts.

Capabilities and limits

Creates, updates, ends, and cancels meetings in the host’s Zoom account.

• Zoom licensing, host concurrency, durations, and API quotas still apply to that host.
• No account-wide admin scopes, server-to-server installation, Zoom chat synchronization, or recording/transcript import is implemented. Consent scopes are configured in the Zoom Marketplace app.

Zoom OAuth authorization models

Individual and team use

Both My Drive and Shared drives are offered in the Picker. Your own grant accesses only selected/app-created files; imported copies follow data-room access rules. Teammates do not gain access to your Drive token or entire Shared drive.

Copies files chosen in Google Picker into a data room, and exports room files to a new Drive folder.

• Shared-drive membership and Google organization policies still control which items can be selected. Shared drives are supported, not domain-wide access.
• Native Docs and Slides export as PDF, Sheets as XLSX. Imports select files, not recursive Google folder synchronization.
• Transfers copy files; later edits and source permissions do not synchronize.
• Imports accept up to 50 files per selection and 25 MiB per file; exports accept up to 200 files. Folder expansion, supported formats, room permissions, and storage quota still apply. The separate data-room media limit does not increase this cloud-import limit.

Google Shared drives

Google Drive per-file authorization

Individual and team use

The personal OAuth grant can work with accessible shared-item shortcuts. Room collaborators see imported copies according to room permissions; this does not authorize all Microsoft tenant or SharePoint sites.

Capabilities and limits

Browses OneDrive files, imports copies into a data room, and exports room files into a new folder.

• The browser starts in the signed-in user’s drive. Shared shortcuts are not a SharePoint site-library picker.
• A shortcut’s remote-item facets are recognized, but access and download remain subject to the connected user’s Graph permissions.
• Personal and work/school sign-in are supported for OneDrive; this differs from Teams and Microsoft Calendar.
• Imports accept up to 50 files per selection and 25 MiB per file; exports accept up to 200 files. Folder expansion, supported formats, room permissions, and storage quota still apply. The separate data-room media limit does not increase this cloud-import limit.

Microsoft Graph drive items

Individual and team use

Personal files and Dropbox Business team-space content use the connected member’s root namespace. This is a member authorization, not a team-admin installation or permission to impersonate every team member.

Capabilities and limits

Browses accessible Dropbox files and folders, imports copies into a data room, and exports room files to a new folder.

• The member must already have access to the team content. No Dropbox-API-Select-User or team administration scope is requested.
• Folder imports expand through the transfer flow; file limits still apply. Export creates new content rather than overwriting source files.
• Imports accept up to 50 files per selection and 25 MiB per file; exports accept up to 200 files. Folder expansion, supported formats, room permissions, and storage quota still apply. The separate data-room media limit does not increase this cloud-import limit.

One person authorizes access to one or more Xero organizations. Imported listing figures can be used by authorized listing collaborators. They cannot reuse your OAuth grant; scheduled refresh also checks the original importer’s current membership and access.

• Read-only scopes are used. Organization/report permissions in Xero still apply.

The user selects one QuickBooks company (realm) during authorization. Imported financial figures follow listing access; this is not a workspace-wide QuickBooks login. Another company requires a new authorization.

• Intuit’s accounting scope grants read/write capability, but the SellAnyBiz accounting client only issues GET requests.

The person selects an organization they can access. Imported figures follow listing permissions; access to another person’s Zoho authorization is not shared. The grant’s Zoho data center is retained for token renewal.

The mailbox is a workspace account: every member can start conversations from it. Reading an existing chat still requires chat membership; sharing the sender does not share every conversation.

• There is no private mailbox mode or email incoming-chat toggle. Do not assume Microsoft shared-mailbox delegation is supported by the hosted login. The same mailbox cannot be attached to two workspaces.

Connects a WhatsApp identity through the hosted authentication flow for conversations.

• This is not a WhatsApp Business Cloud API template/campaign installation. Only platform-linked conversations are synchronized; provider session restrictions still apply. The same phone identity cannot be connected in two workspaces.

The identity is connected to the workspace and can be used by its members. Chat membership still controls who can read a conversation. Only the connector or owner/admin can change incoming-chat settings or disconnect it.

Connects a LinkedIn member profile for messages and supported connection requests.

• This does not connect a LinkedIn company page or grant access to everyone’s LinkedIn profiles. Account restrictions and platform outreach limits still apply; the same profile cannot be attached to two workspaces.

Unipile hosted account authentication

Individual and team use

This is a workspace-owned connection. Setup, repair, settings changes, and disconnect require an owner/admin plus the applicable outreach permission. Call records and transcripts use the configured conversation-membership rules.

Capabilities and limits

Connects the workspace’s ElevenLabs account and selected phone number, and configures the SellAnyBiz voice agent and callbacks.

• Voice must be enabled and the account/number must be eligible. An ElevenLabs account cannot be connected to two workspaces.
• Provider subscription, available phone numbers, call concurrency, and billing limits apply. Disconnect stops future calls but does not promise deletion of historical call records.

When enabled, open Settings → Connected accounts → Workspace → Voice settings. An owner/admin checks the API key and chooses an eligible number. The workspace manages renewal, health, and provider billing. Use the dedicated repair/disconnect controls rather than reconnecting a messaging account.

ElevenLabs agents

Individual and team use

This is a platform-managed meeting service, not a user- or workspace-connectable OAuth card in SellAnyBiz. A vendor feature supporting workspace webhooks does not mean SellAnyBiz offers a workspace Read.ai installation.

Capabilities and limits

Dispatches a note-taker through platform configuration and receives meeting report webhooks when configured.

• Attendance, meeting admission, vendor plan, report permissions, and configured webhook delivery determine whether notes arrive. Do not promise every meeting is captured.
• No Read.ai HubSpot, Salesforce, or Ask Read integration is implemented by the settings tabs.
